Our training courses are open to anyone wishing to develop their language skills, subject to meeting the specific prerequisites of each programme as indicated in the course description.
4. Training Formats
- In-person: training organised at our premises or partner premises, accessible to people with reduced mobility.
- Remote / digital platform: accessible to all, including people with reduced mobility or other types of disability (hearing, visual, etc.), assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- The duration and schedule of training courses are specified on the course description.
5. Registration and Acceptance of Terms
Registering for a training course implies unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. All registrations are confirmed after validation by our organisation.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Any request for cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted in writing. Once a course has started, a 24-hour notice is required to reschedule an online session and 48 hours for an in-person session.
- Rescheduling or refund conditions are specified at the time of registration and may vary depending on the type of funding (CPF, OPCO, top-up contributions, etc.).
7. Obligations and Responsibilities
- Participants : respect the schedule, provide the necessary documents, and follow the training rules.
- Organisation : provide training in accordance with the programme, tailored to needs, and compliant with the Qualiopi framework.
8. Accessibility and Disability
Our organisation assesses each situation on a case-by-case basis to offer the necessary pedagogical, technical or organisational adaptations.

9. Intellectual Property
Training materials (documents, digital resources, videos) remain the exclusive property of the organisation. Any reproduction or distribution without authorisation is prohibited.
10. Complaints
Any complaint may be addressed to our customer service team. For any unresolved dispute, it is possible to refer the matter to a consumer mediator in accordance with the law.
